Discover Sydney Harbour evening with George Evatt

Join
award winning underwater filmmaker George Evatt on a voyage of discovery
underneath Sydney Harbour. Discover some of the almost 600 fish species
and other fascinating critters that call the Harbour home.
George
will also discuss the pressures on the Harbour's marine life from being
surrounded by a busy city. Can the Harbours marine life continue to thrive
in face of impacts from introduced species, loss of habitat and the detritus
of a bustling city?
Also
speaking will be the HarbourKeepers Coordinator Dave Roe who will tell
you about a series of events for City of Sydney residents to help care
for the Harbour's plants and animals.
The problems are real and immediate, come along and learn how you can
be part of the solution.
