Bush Regeneration - Vaucluse - Sun 22nd

Bush Regeneration - Reef Beach, Balgowlah Heights
Sun 15th

These monthly bush regeneration activities are a great chance to socialise with your fellow HarbourKeepers, help look after Sydney Harbour and take in the scenic views! Newcomers will learn new skills while regenerating the natural bushland around Reef Beach.

Bush regeneration at this site is conducted in conjunction with the National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS). NPWS provide training for beginners so that everyone could get involved no matter what their level of experience.

To get involved in Reef Beach bush regeneration register as a HarbourKeeper. Once registered you will receive regular email newsletters about upcoming events, however if there is an event you are interested in attending before you receive a newsletter contact Dave: daver@marine.org.au.

Bush Regeneration - Hermit Bay - Vaucluse - Sun 22nd

Calling all HarbourKeepers - Sydney Harbour needs you!

The beautiful Hermitage Foreshore in the Sydney Harbour National Park in Vaucluse is suffering from a weed invasion that is nudging out native plant species and not providing the correct foods or habitats for native animals.

This is a chance to be involved in a new conservation project from the beginning. You will learn about native plants and wildlife and make a real difference to the conservation of Sydney Harbour. No experience is required as you will work under the guidance of skilled natural area managers from the National Parks and Wildlife Service. Read more about HarbourKeepers work at Hermit Bay here.

To get involved in the Hermit Bay bush regeneration contact Dave: info@harbourkeepers.org.au. If you are not yet a registered HarbourKeeper register here. Once registered you will receive regular email newsletters about upcoming events.
