Supporters
Primary Dive Supporter
Plunge Diving is located at Chowder Bay, Mosman, right on the foreshore
of Sydney Harbour. Plunge Diving has been HarbourKeepers Primary Dive
Supporter since July 2006.
Plunge Diving generously supplies free dive equipment for HarbourKeepers
volunteers who are completing Fish Survey training. They also supply expert
advice, staff support and a venue for events.
Plunge Diving is the only scuba diving shop right on Sydney Harbour.
It is staffed by some of Australia's most experienced dive instructors.
Boat diving is accessed directly outside the Plunge shop, as is a great
shore dive full of exotic critters.

Environmental Trust

HarbourKeepers has been assisted by the New South Wales
Government through its Environmental Trust.
City of Sydney

The City of Sydney funded HarbourKeepers to develop and
deliver a program in primary schools that would educate pupils in the
ecology and conservation of Sydney Harbour. Called HarbourKids, the program
included an interactive workshop and web-based learning materials and
teacher's resources. The aim of HarbourKids is to reach the next generation
of land-uses with a conservation message.

Project AWARE is the dive industry's leading non-profit
environmental organisation. Its mission: Conserving underwater environments
through education, advocacy and action.
Project AWARE gave HarbourKeepers assistance in the creation of a training
program for volunteer divers to become HarbourKeepers Fish Surveyors.
Completion of HarbourKeepers Fish Survey training results in a PADI certification
