What is HarbourKeepers?

HarbourKeepers involves the community in regular activities which explore and safeguard Sydney Harbour.

HarbourKeepers extends from the seafloor to the water's surface, onto the beaches and surrounding bushland and includes Sydney Harbour's islands. HarbourKeepers offers a fun and social way to learn more about our marine environment and contribute to helping protect it.

HarbourKeepers involves volunteers in various activities including marine surveys, removal of underwater debris, bush regeneration, removal of beach rubbish, removal of aquatic weeds, volunteer training days and other community events in and around our harbour.
